LAHORE : Cold and foggy weather continued to prevail in the City here Wednesday while Met office predicted similar weather conditions for the next 24 hours.

Met officials warned that dense fog was likely to continue in Islamabad, plain areas of Punjab, KP and upper Sindh. They added that due to continuously low daytime temperatures, very cold weather was likely to prevail in fog-affected areas. Wednesday’s minimum temperature was recorded at Leh where mercury dropped to -12°C while in Lahore it was 4.3°C and maximum was 11.3°C.
