ISLAMABAD: JUIF chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman on Monday said that he is likely to visit Afghanistan next week as he received an invitation from Kabul over the prevailing situation in Afghanistan.
He further said that he, however, could not undertake his visit earlier due to the ongoing election situation in the country. He said, “We share cultural and religious ties with them. We are one and that the atmosphere of mistrust between the two countries must end.”
