Retired officers’ services lauded
LAHORE: Institute of Public Health Dean Prof Dr Zarfashan Tahir has said that it is a matter of pride and honour for a public servant to retire after completing tenure with honesty and hard work.
She expressed these thoughts at a ceremony held here in honour of Head of Maternal and Child Health Department Dr Rukhsana Hameed (PMO Grade 20), who retired after completing her tenure at the Institute of Public Health, besides the retirement of Head of Department Public Health Practices Dr Muhammad Hussain Cheema (PMO Grade 20) and Admin Officer Mumtaz Ahmed (Grade 17). IPH Dean appreciated the services of the retired officers and said that their services would be remembered for a long time.
Commemorative shields were also presented to the retired officers on this occasion.
