Islamabad:The Additional District and Sessions Judge, Islamabad Dr Rasool Bukhash has awarded death sentence to three accused involved in killing of three people on property issue.
The court has also awarded lifetime imprisonment to fourth accused who was also involved in killing innocent people on the occasion. The court has given decision on the basis of strong evidences here on Thursday.
Islamabad police registered a case against Mazhar Hussain, Muhammad Ayub, Muhammad Haider and Muhammad Nouman involved in killing of two women and a men in February 2022. The main accused Mazhar Hussain along with other accused killed his daughter, son-in-law and their daughter on property issue. The court awarded lifetime imprisonment to the fourth accused named Muhammad Nouman.
