KARACHI: A news story published in The News International on August 26, 2014 about a case filed by JS Bank and others against stock broker Aqeel Karim Dhedhi and TV anchor Mubashir Lucman mistakenly mentioned that non-bailable warrants had been issued against the defendants.It is clarified that the additional district and sessions court (South) had in fact issued bailable warrants against the defendants. The mistake and the misunderstanding is regretted.
