Nawaz wants better ties with India: Basit

NEW DELHI: Pak High Commissioner in India Abdul Basit said on Saturday Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif wanted good relations between India and Pakistan. Addressing an event, held in Jaipur, Basit said peace was necessary in the interest of Pakistan and India, adding that obstacles in the way to peace have always come.
He said negotiations were necessity for both countries, saying no country was obliging the other.
