The syllabus being taught in our educational institutions has failed to equip students with the skills they need in their practical lives. This inability of the educated lot is not something to be taken for granted, and needs to change.
Students need to have practical education and courses for crisis management so that they know how to act once they step into practical life. They are not just supposed to cram theories; the practical aspect of life is equally important.
