Prince Harry warned of ‘alarm bells’ as doors of return are closed
Prince Harry is reminded of lost opportunity as Royal Family moves forward
Prince Harry’s absence from the latest Royal Family wedding showcases all is not okay in the house of Windsor.
The Duke of Sussex, who was left out at out Peter Phillips’ wedding celebrations, is faced with an uncomfortable truth.
Expert Alicia Liberty writes for Express: “The Duke of Sussex’s absence from the intimate family celebration spoke volumes. This was not a state occasion. It was not Trooping the Colour, a Coronation or a royalfuneral where invitations come with constitutional obligations and public expectations.”
She adds: “This was a private family wedding in the Cotswolds attended by those closest to Peter and Harriet.”
“In short, the family turned up. And that is where things become uncomfortable for Harry.
Comparing Harry’s position to ex Prince Andrew’s daughters, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, the expert added: “If Beatrice, 37, and Eugenie, 36, were there? Well, that rather changes the conversation - and alarm bells should be ringing for Harry.”
