King Charles receives strong warning related to Princess Eugenie, Beatrice

Andrew´s daughters Princess Beatrice and Eugenie have apartments at royal palaces

A royal expert advised Princess Beatrice and Eugenie that it would be wise to leave their properties in St James’s Palace and Kensington Palace

King Charles has been issued a strong warning related to his nieces Princess Eugenie and Beatrice after the York sisters were asked to leave their royal residences.

According to a report by the Closer, Beatrice and Eugenie have now faced calls to leave their royal residences ahead of an upcoming probe by the UK Parliament's Public Accounts Committee into rental contracts negotiated under the Crown Estate.

The Public Accounts Committee is set to launch an inquiry this year into royal properties.

Former MP and royal author, Norman Baker, said last week, "I think Beatrice and Eugenie would be wise to leave their properties in St James’s Palace and Kensington Palace before people start asking too many questions. Non-working royals should never benefit from grace-and-favour or peppercorn rent arrangements."

Amid these calls, the insiders have warned that if King Charles were forced to evict Eugenie and Beatrice from their royal residences, there could be widespread consequences for the entire family.

The warning has come after the UK government auditor revealed Friday Andrew earned a private income from subletting cottages while paying a symbolic "peppercorn rent" for a mansion for over two decades.

The National Audit Office said "three cottages on the Royal Lodge estate were ... sublet", with "income generated from subletting payable to Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor".

"We do not know what rent was charged," the National Audit Office said.

The cottages have been vacant since April, it said.

Andrew´s daughters Beatrice and Eugenie have apartments at royal palaces with rent paid from the privy purse -- King Charles´s private income -- despite not being working royals, the report also revealed.
