Travis Scott explains why his kids are off-limits from AI
The rapper revealed his no-AI parenting stance
Travis Scott is sharing a rare parenting insight into why he wants to keep his kids, Stormi and Aire, to keep a distance from Artificial Intelligence while they are still young.
The rapper recently sat down with Rolling Stone and talked about his fatherhood journey as well as how much he has changed since becoming a dad.
It is pertinent to mention that Travis shares daughter Stormi and son Aire with ex-girlfriend Kylie Jenner.
While sharing about how his son was fascinated by tech during a recent visit to an amusement park, the dad-of-two revealed he draws a line when it comes to AI.
“My son’s 3 now, about to be 4” he told the outlet. “I took him to the Disney Imagineering spot, and his mind was just going off when he seen the robots and all the new tech and how it’s built.”
“My kids don’t have AI,” Travis shared.
As Travis wants Stormi and Aire to first learn about the basics before exposing them to AI and believes it could limit his kids' learning ability.
“Having AI right now will compress their ability for their brain to maximize," he claimed.
The dotting father further shared his approach, “So they got to learn the physical and the actual way of learning so then they know how to actually use AI to their best ability, because if it’s doing everything for you, how do you even know what’s right or wrong?"
