PESHAWAR: A student of LLM at the Law College, University of Peshawar (UoP), has successfully defended his thesis.
LLM student Abdur Rehman, son of Fazal Rehman, a resident of Surizai Bala village on the outskirts of the provincial capital, defended his thesis titled “The causes of delay in disposal of rent cases”, a case study of the Peshawar city.
Prof Dr Fayyazur Rehman, who is principal of Law College, UoP, was his supervisor.
Prof Dr Sohail Shahzad, dean Faculty of Law at the Hazara University, was the external examiner. Abdur Rehman attributed his success to the prayers of his mother.
