SC moved against use of force on rally

ISLAMABAD: An application has been filed in the Supreme Court of Pakistan, seeking the apex court orders against any possible use of force against the long-marchers sitting in the capital for the last three days, Geo News reported Wednesday.

 

The application filed by a local lawyer, stated that any use of force against the protesters would be in violation of the basic rights provided by the Constitution.

 

It said that interior minister be directed against using any weapon against the participants of the march.

It was in news today that govt might use force against long march participants at night which would be totally unconstitutional. This is exactly what army is watching and waiting for. If govt action gets lethal, then you know what will happen.
