Peshawar teachers, students visit IIU

A 60-member delegation of students and teachers from Imam Abu Haneefa College of Arabic Language and Islamic Studies, Peshawar, visited International Islamic University, Islamabad on Thursday.
The delegation led by Dr. Muhammad Tahir Shah Director Imam Abu Haneefa College was received by Deputy Student Advisor Dr. Abdul Qadir Haroon in the university. Later, the delegation was given a detailed briefing about the university by Additional Director P&PR D K Hairan Khattak.
In his briefing, he elaborated the core objectives and goals of the university. Hairan Kahttak particularly apprised the participants about the distinctions of Islamic University in different fields and widely contributions in the field of education, research and generally for society and nation building.
He added that IIUI is one of the leading universities of country which is producing highly qualified talented graduates duly integrated with the teachings of Islam.
