Girl dies: A 12-year-old girl died under mysterious circumstances in her Harbanspura house on Sunday. The girl was identified as Iqra, daughter of Shaukat of Nawabpura. Shaukat had adopted Iqra from cousin Nadim. The family told the police that Iqra had committed suicide by hanging herself with a rope. However, police were skeptical about the claim made by the family and sent the body to morgue for autopsy. —Correspondent
