University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Lahore (UVAS) observed the World Book Day on the varsity’s City Campus on Friday.
UVAS Acting Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Nasim Ahmad inaugurated the book stalls, which were set up to mark the day, while Librarian Muhammad Aslam, Prof Dr Asim Aslam, Prof Dr Habibur Rehman, Prof Dr Kamran Ashraf, and Ms Abeeda Zia were also present.
The booksellers and publishers displayed books of various disciplines related to veterinary and animal sciences.
