A 24-year-old man committed suicide due to his poor financial conditions in the Badami Bagh police limits on Friday.
Police have removed the body to morgue. Shahbaz, a resident of Qaddafi Colony, was unemployed and frustrated.
On the night of the incident, he had an argument with his family on some matter. He became furious, went inside his house, whipped out his weapon and shot on his temple. The victim died on the spot.
Police reached the incident place on information, collected forensic evidences and registered the statements of the eye-witnesses. Police said they had received no complaint so far.
FOUND DEAD: A 75-year-old unidentified man was found dead in the Shahdara Town police limits Friday.
Police have removed the body to morgue. A passerby informed the police about a man lying unconscious near Bhutto Colony.
Police reached the incident place on information, rushed the victim to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Police said he looked like a drug-addict and might have died due to excessive use of drugs. However, autopsy would help ascertain the cause of his death.
