Many doctors, who have undertaken postgraduate studies, are in for big trouble in Sindh. For the last five years, my synopsis has not been approved at the Liaquat University of Medical & Health Sciences, Jamshoro. Another candidate has been waiting for approval of his synopsis for the last nine years.
We have been given the last chance to appear in masters and diploma courses along with the affidavit of not claiming further attempts in the future. Neither is this part of the examination rules of the CPSP Karachi nor of the Royal College of Surgeons, United Kingdom. Our future is at stake. Our parent institution – People’s University of Medical & Health Science, Nawabshah – is also not ready to enrol us. I appeal to the PM, Sindh governor and CM to help us and take appropriate measures.
