Imran’s challenge

The election tribunal’s decision to annul the NA-122 result has left Imran Khan a happy man. However, in challenging Nawaz Sharif to contest elections on this seat, Imran is asking for too much. He should have proved his worth against Ayaz Sadiq instead. This is an excellent opportunity for Imran to avenge his defeat.
Instead of Imran, the PTI has fielded Aleem Khan. who is not an original product of the PTI. He previously rode on the PML-Q bandwagon steered by the Chaudhrys of Gujrat. There is still time for Imran to change his mind and contest the NA-122 by-election. If he wins, it will enhance his stature in the public and if he loses, he can easily cry foul play.
