Indian propaganda

According to media reports, the Indian army chief has said that India should be ready for short wars. Statements like these are nothing but another example of playing to the gallery.
India knows that it cannot afford another war of any magnitude with us. They also know that in an event of war the consequences for them will be catastrophic. This statement is nothing more than pressure tactics. None of this will work to the benefit India. We will never back out of the Kashmir dispute.
