How would you feel when you found out that just a day before Eid holidays your phone and Wi-Fi wasn’t working? This is what I, a PTCL user, went through this week. Even though I launched a formal complaint and talked to people at the exchange office who assured me that they’d resolve the matter in a timely manner, my problem remained unresolved. After a long wait, I got a call that said that all staff members had left and that I should wait until the end of Eid holidays.
Why is there no one available at help centres during holidays and on weekends to address customer complaints? Is there any one who is listening to our pleas?
