Blame game
July 03, 2021
The National Assembly (NA) recently passed the PTI’s third federal budget. The leader of the opposition and other parliamentarians, however, didn’t attend this important session. The budget was eventually passed by 172 votes. After the budget was passed, the opposition parties continued with their old tactics of blame game and accusations. Government representatives rightly pointed that many opposition members were not even present in the assembly.
I wonder why our politicians don’t realise that people are completely tired of and fed up with such useless arguments between the government and the opposition. Our leaders should sit together to come up with a plan for the betterment of the country.
