This refers to the article ‘Academic corruption’ (June 9) by Dr Ayesha Razzaque. I don’t think the revelations made by the writer on academic corruption will send tremors through the country. In a country where cases of money laundering are set aside without any qualms, academic or intellectual corruption has become a non-issue.
Perhaps, only a few people who want to see high-quality of education in the country may come forward to do some cleaning of the polluted academic pond.
