LAHORE
An additional district and sessions court Monday summoned a complainant of a case for arguments on a defamation suit against Information Minister Parvez Rashid for calling PTI Chairman Imran Khan traitor and using a derogatory language against him. The court directed petitioner Razia Sultana to appear before the court by November 16 and argue on the matter. A female lawyer had filed a defamation suit before the court of district and sessions judge contending that the minister in a media talk called PTI chairman a traitor and used abusive language against him. She said the minister tried to bring disrespect to the PTI chairman in front of the party workers. He implored the court to start defamation proceedings against the minister.
