In the first qualifying round, Edgar Zayas of Mexico defeated Mubarak 11-7, 11-7, 11-2 in 25 minutes.
Dylan Cunningham of the US beat Abdullah Bashir 11-8, 11-5, 11-6 in 35 minutes.
Hamzah Bukhari thrashed David Cromwell of US 11-4, 11-6, 11-7 in 35 minutes.
However, Clinton Leeuw of South Africa overpowered Hamzah 11-9, 11-7, 2-11, 11-6 in the final qualifying round.
Three Pakistani players are already in the main round of this event.
Third seed Farhan Zaman is drawn against Rodrigo Pezzota of Argentina, Amaad Fareed is to face fifth seed Shahier Razik of Canada, and wildcard entrant Nosherwan Khan will play against eighth seed Arturo Salazar of Mexico.
