Man shot dead in Swat

MINGORA: Unidentified persons shot dead a man in Kabal tehsil, official sources said on Thursday.
Zubair Shah was shot dead in Damghar Dheri in Kabal tehsil.
Local sources said that Zubair Shah was a member of the village defence committee in Damghar Dheri.
However, the ISPR spokesperson in Swat Colonel Farouq told The News that the victim was not a member of defence committee.
He said it was a tragic incident and the security forces would assist the police in arresting the culprits.
The security forces arrested several suspected persons during the search operation.
