VEHARI: DCO Nasir Jamaal Hotiana Tuesday said cash award and certificates for 14 professors of COMSATS of Vehari campus from the Higher Education Commission is a big award for the district.
Addressing a seminar-cum-prize distribution ceremony at COMSATS, Vehari Campus, the DCO said only educated leaders and nation builders take their nations to the heights of success and progress. Hotiana said our progress depended on education. He urged the COMSATS staff to create awareness regarding education among the people through electronic and print media. The DCO stressed the need of creating equal standards of education in society. He urged the administration of the COMSATS to provide facilities to students who cannot afford higher education. COMSATS Director Doctor Khair-uz-Zaman briefed the DCO on the further achievements of the Vehari campus of the COMSATS.
