Three D&SJ transferred
LAHORE: According to a notification issued by LHC Registrar Bahadar Ali Khan, District and Session Judge (D&SJ) Muhammad Akram Sheikh, working as additional registrar Multan Bench, has been transferred and instructed to report to LHC Principal Seat for further orders.
D&SJ Muhammad Yar Walana (awaiting posting) has been transferred and posted on the post of Muhammad Akram Sheikh at Multan Bench. D&SJ Rana Aftab Ahmad, working as special judge, Anti-Corruption Court, Faisalabad, has been made OSD and repatriated to Sessions Court, Lahore.
Meanwhile, an official of the LHC Establishment said Chief Justice Muhammad Qasim also approved an inquiry into the assets of three deputy registrars recently made OSDs on poor performance. The officers are: Muhammad Shahbaz, Zaheer Hussain and Nasarullah Khan Niazi.
