No difference between footage or video: legal expert
KARACHI: There is no difference between a footage and a video, said legal expert Justice (retd) Rashid A Razvi while talking in the Geo News current affairs programme, Capital Talk on Wednesday.
Justice (retd) Rashid A Razvi said there is no difference between the footage and video. If State Minister Sheharyar Afridi had the footage regarding Rana Sanaullah, he could have presented that in the court. The account of the investigation officer has details of all the evidence he may have about a case, which the court can ask him to produce, he said.
Defamation suit can be filed against wrong accusation or charge, he said. The political parties indulge in power politics and do not have any set direction of politics i.e left, right or centre because of which they often use lose or abusive language against political rivals, Razvi said. He said this is a clear manifestation of opportunistic politics.
