PTC wins top employer award
Islamabad :Pakistan Tobacco Company Limited (PTC) has been awarded the Top Employer certification 2020 by the Top Employers institute for excellence in employee conditions. This is the second time in a row that PTC has received this prestigious award.
Waqas Ahmed Khan, Director HR, PTC received the award at a ceremony held in Singapore on 9th December 2019. “This is a moment of great pride and honour for us. Our focus on developing world class talent and creating a work environment where people grow and excel has been recognized by an independent and external body and this gives us a reassurance that we are on the right track”, said Waqas.
Top Employers Institute CEO David Plink during the ceremony said that the certified participants are a shining example of dedication to people practices as they continuously commit to empowering their employees for a better world of work.
