Prayers held for Sarmad Ali’s deceased mother
ISLAMABAD: Quran Khawani and prayers for blessing the departed soul of Mrs Nazneen Abid Ali, mother of Secretary General, All Pakistan Newspapers Society (APNS)
and Managing Director Marketing, Jang Media Group Sarmad Ali, were held at her house here on Sunday.
Chairman Kashmir Committee Fakhar Imam, Adviser to the PM Dr Ishrat Hussain, Chairman Punjab Investment and Trade Board Sardar Tanveer Ilyas, Dr Abdul Wadood Quraishi, Chairperson Nawa-e-Waqt Group Rameeza Nizami, Dr Nasir Jamal, ex-federal secretary Anwar Aziz Chaudhry, chairman Advertising Association Waqar Haidery, lifetime secretary general Newspapers Hawkers Federation Tikka Khan, Maj Gen (R) Hafiz Masroor, ex-chairman Overseas Pakistanis Foundation Habibur Rehman Khan, Chaudhry Nazeer Ahmed, Khushnood Ali Khan, senior Director Hashoo Group Haseeb Gardezi, Mehdi Hassan, Aslam Khan, and others attended the event.
The participants expressed their heartfelt condolences to Sarmad Ali, Eized Ali and Syed Ali over the sad demise of their mother. They prayed to Almighty Allah to bless her soul.
Meanwhile, Chairman Senate Sadiq Sanjrani also expressed deep grief over the death of the mother of Secretary General APNS Sarmad Ali.
He also prayed to Almighty Allah to shower His blessings on her and give courage to the bereaved family to bear the loss.
