Major General Bilal Omer Khan remembered

Rawalpindi: It’s been 10 long years - a decade has passed since he lost his life, when he went back into the mosque to save the children and his colleagues who were being attacked by cowardly men with no conscience.

He died as he had lived, with the courage of his convictions and setting a fine example of what a valiant officer and a gentleman should be.

You went from our sight, Bilal but never ever from our hearts. Our whole family is very proud of you and the sacrifice you made - now and forever.
