PESHAWAR: Rejecting the constitution of a committee, the Workers Welfare Board (WWB) Employees Association on Tuesday asked the government to regularise their services. Speaking at a press conference, president of the association Younus Marwat said that Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan had assured them to regularise the services of the employees of the board if the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) withdrew its opposition to the matter. He alleged the provincial government was dishonouring its commitment by employing delaying tactics when NAB withdrew its objection. The office-bearer said instead of regularising their services the government had formed a two-member committee to present its report to the government on the issue.
