Islamabad: The Early Childhood Education and Development Centre of Excellence and Private Schools Network have jointly organised a three-day head teachers training workshop here.
The workshop is orangised under the patronage of Federal Ministry of Education and Professional Training from June 10 (today) to June 12, at the Academy for Educational Planning and Management.
Minister of State for Federal Education and Professional Training Engineer Muhammad Baleeghur Rahman will formally launch of the training programme during a special ceremony at a local hotel.
PSN president Dr M Afzal Babur said it was the first timely effort of the government to join hands with Children's Global Network to bring Early Childhood Education to mainstream planning and implementation with the coordination of PSN.
He said more than 50 head teachers of low-cost private schools from remote areas of Islamabad would attend the training programme.
