LAHORE : Partly cloudy weather with scattered rain was observed in the city on Thursday while Met office predicted similar weather conditions during the next 24 hours.
Officials said continental air was prevailing over most parts of the country. However, a shallow westerly wave is likely to enter north Balochistan & its adjoining areas tonight and may persist for the next few days.
They predicted mainly dry weather was expected in most parts of the country. However, rain-thunderstorm is expected at isolated places in Quetta, Zhob, Bannu and D.I.Khan divisions. Rainfall was recorded at Garidupatta, Rawalakot, Murree and Kakul. Thursday’s lowest temperature was recorded at Kalam where mercury dropped down to -06°C while in Lahore it was 13.6°C and maximum was 27.1°C.
