Justice Azmat to hear ex-IHC judge Shaukat Siddiqui’s appeal

ISLAMABAD: Former Islamabad High Court judge Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui’s appeal against SC Registrar’s objections will be heard by Justice Azmat Saeed Sheikh in his chamber on Feb 21.
Siddiqui had challenged the Supreme Judicial Council decision about his removal as a judge in the Supreme Court. However, the apex court registrar had returned it with objections. Now Siddiqui has filed an appeal against the registrar’s objections.
