PAKPATTAN: PTI leader Mian Ahmad Raza Maneka Wednesday said the verdict of the election tribunal (ET) regarding the NA-125 elections indicated the victory of the PTI.
Talking to reporters, he said the PTI candidates would win across the country.
Maneka said the PML-N and the PPP governments had failed to maintain law and order and decrease loadshedding in the country.
He said the results of recounting of votes in other constituencies would also be the same.
WOMAN, DAUGHTERS THRASHED: A woman and her daughters were thrashed by her rivals on Wednesday.
Puthani Bibi of Albadar Colony had moved a court to get her property. Over this issue on the day of incident, Noor Ahmad and his accomplices entered her house forcibly and thrashed and injured her and her daughters.
MAN INJURED: A man was inflicted injuries on Wednesday.
Iftikhar and his accomplices entered house of Noor Husan of Hotta locality and injured him critically.
RAPE ATTEMPT: Three accused Wednesday attempted to rape a woman.
Wife of Muhammad Afzal Joiya was at her house in Balara Lukhuka area when Mushtaq and his accomplices entered the house and tried to rape her. When she raised a hue and cry they escaped.
MAN THRASHED: A man was thrashed over a domestic issue on Wednesday.
Muhammad Adnan of Karimpura sent a divorce to his wife. Over this Ali Murad and his accomplices entered the house of Adnan and thrashed and injured him.
STRIKE OBSERVED: Wapda employees Wednesday observed a complete strike against privatisation of Wapda.
The employees urged the government to drop privatisation.
2 WOMEN KIDNAPPED: A woman and her daughter were kidnapped on Wednesday.
Accused Naseer and his accomplices entered house of Allah Ditta and abducted his wife and his 7-year-old daughter.
