As we mark Allama Muhammad Iqbal’s 77th death anniversary, his ideals are as relevant today as they were during Pakistan Movement. His concepts of self-reliance and self-respect are universal truths.
Today our youth are facing lots of hurdles in achieving their cherished aims of life. Unemployment, poverty, nepotism, corruption, quota system and bribery are reasons enough to break their confidence, self-reliance and self-respect. However, they should not lose hope and never give up their struggle. They should strive to be the real eagles of Iqbal.
