ISLAMABAD: Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) Chief Court divisional bench led by Justice Malik Haq Nawaz has cancelled tenders of five hydropower projects in Hunza and Nagar.
Hearing a case filed by a private firm against bidding of five power projects, the court said the contract was not awarded on merit.
The court directed Chief Secretary Gilgit-Baltistan to investigate against officials concerned who violated merit and submit report to Registrar Chief Court within next two months.
