PTI govt failed to launch any mega project, says Hoti
BISHAM: Awami National Party (ANP) provincial president Ameer Haider Hoti on Sunday said that his government had enhanced the police strength in Malakand division in a tough situation.
Speaking at a public meeting at Shahpur on Sunday, he said that he would give proper packages for police after forming the next government. The former chief minister said the government had ignored Shangla district in the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor projects. Scoffing at the KP government, he said Chief Minister Pervez Khattak had signed agreement about the trade of donkeys with China. The government had borrowed billions of dollars and had not undertaken any mega projects, he added.
The ANP leader said that 20 lawmakers of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) had sold their votes in the Senate election. He asked Imran Khan to provide details about the sale of his party lawmakers and that's why Chaudhary Sarwar had struck a deal about the selling of their votes.
Ameer Haider Hoti said the PTI had given tickets to capitalists and industrialists. He alleged that Pervez Khattak and his ministers were involved in corruption and the funds worth billions of rupees had been embezzled.
He said those giving lessons to others on morality should learn some moral values. He said that Imran Khan had supported Asif Ali Zardari in the Senate election. Ameer Haider Hoti also criticised the prime minister for ignoring Shangla district, adding that nine universities were established in 60 years while his government established 10 universities in five years. He promised to establish university in every district if voted to power.
