The Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA) has established a “Speedy Disposal Cell” for category I building plans to facilitate the citizens for speedy approval of their building completion plans. The cell, according to Director General SBCA Agha Maqsood Abbas, will comprise eight directors related to different towns, and it would approve the building plan of 399-square-yard residential plots and 120- square-yard commercial plots.
