SC’s special bench to hear Shahrukh Jatoi’s transfer to hospital case

ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan formed a special bench over the transfer of convict Shahrukh Jatoi to a hospital in the Shahzeb murder case. A three-member bench headed by the CJP Justice Saqib Nisar will conduct hearing into the case today (Saturday). The bench also includes Justice Faisal Arab and Justice Sajjad Ali Shah. The chief justice had taken notice of the transfer of Shahrukh Jatoi from jail to hospital. The court had demanded a report from IG Prisons within 24 hours.
