Karim, Haman to compete in Winter Olympics

ISLAMABAD: Mohammad Karim and Syed Haman Shah will represent Pakistan in the Winter Olympics to be held in Pyeongchang (South Korea) from February 9-25.More than 40 countries will participate in the Winter Olympics.
Both Pakistani skiers have qualified for Olympics in their respective disciplines.Karim previously also represented Pakistan in the Sochi Winter Olympics in 2014. He will participate in slalom and giant slalom competitions whereas Syed Haman will take part in the cross country event.
This will be the first time that two competitors from Pakistan have qualified for the Winter Olympics.
