Nisar, Wajid elected PBF president, secretary

ISLAMABAD: Nisar Ahmad Shahwani (Balochistan) was elected President while Wajid Ali Chaudhry (Punjab) Secretary General of Pakistan Badminton Federation (PBF) during elections held in Lahore Saturday.
Units participated in the election meeting were Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Islamabad, AJK, Gilgit Baltistan, Wapda, Railway, Pakistan Badminton Technical Association and lady member and individual member.
Zafar Ali Khan ex vice president of Pakistan Badminton Federation nominated to preside over the meeting by ex president Mian Iftikhar Hussain.
Other office bearers are: Muhammad Razzaq Gill (Wapda) Chairman, Tayyab Sohail (Punjab) Sr. Vice President;
Three vice presidents: Hammad Hassan Mirza (Railway): Pervez Habib Butt (Islamabad), Mrs Zarina Waqar (Punajb) Vice President Women
Iftikhar Hussain (Sindh) Treasurer
Raja Azhar Mehmood (PBTOA) Joint Secretary
Amjad Wali (Gilgit Baltistan) and Miss Farah (Balochistan) executive members.
