ISLAMABAD: Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mehdi Honardoost called on the Minister of State for Finance and Economic Affairs, Rana Afzal Khan on Friday and discussed matters of bilateral interest.
The two dignitaries agreed on enhancing bilateral trade. They were also keen on enhancing cooperation in the banking sector. Both sides expressed satisfaction over the ongoing free trade agreement (FTA) negotiations. Besides, commonality of viewpoints was found on various national and international issues and it was affirmed that both sides would cooperate in all sectors.
