MANSEHRA: The district administration has imposed ban on sale and purchase of land in 34 patwar circles along with Hazara Motorway being built under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).
Deputy Commissioner Ayaz Khan imposed section-4 on sale and purchase of land, directing the revenue department not to transfer land record of 34 patwar circles anyway.
The Revenue department has been acquiring land for Hazara Motorway on the prices set by the district administration.
The work on Haripur-Mansehra Hazara Motorway is well underway and it would be inaugurated in April this year.
Prime Minster Shahid Khaqan Abbasi inaugurated Hassan Abdal–Haripur section of the strategically important artery last month.
