Ghulam hits 112 for Pak Panthers in SL
LAHORE: Pakistan Panthers beat Sri Lanka Club by 145 runs in the Over 50 Pakistan Penthers Veterans tour to Sri Lanka. This was Pakistan Panthers third victory in a row in Sri Lanka.
Pakistan Panthers batting first and scored 296/9 after 35 overs. Ghulam Ali played well for his 112 runs in 69 balls. Dastageer Butt hit 61, Usman Ali 44 and Zafar Ali 28 runs. Ravi Suba Singay took 3/73 and Sanat Rawindra 2/47 wickets.
In reply Sri Lanka Veterans bundled out for 151 in 25.5 overs. Ravi Suba Singay scored 46*, Sanat Ravindra 34, CK Hewamanna 19 and Thusitha Gunaqardena 18 runs. Fawad Ijaz Khan got 3/48, Iftikhar Ahmad 2/18, Asim Jah 1/2 and Ashiq Qureshi 1/27 wickets. Later, chief guest Amer Ilyas Butt gave away man of the match award to Ghulam Ali. CEO Umer Associates Nadeem Umer was also present there.
