QUETTA: Police have defused a hand-grenade at Higher Education Office near Chaman Housing Scheme area of provincial capital on Monday.
According to police sources, the police team along with bomb disposal squad personnel, acting on an information, reached the site and defused a hand-grenade, which was hurled at Higher Education Office by unidentified persons.
Police cordoned off the entire area and started efforts to trace the suspects. Further investigation was under way.
