SARGODHA: Two people died in separate incidents in Bhera police limits. Abdul Rehman, 16, of Bhera was cutting trees when he touched a power transmission line. As a result, he received an electric shock and died instantly. Meanwhile, Muhammad Wakeel was electrocuted when he was working on the roof of his house.
12 arrested: The police on Thursday arrested 12 accused and recovered narcotics and illegal weapons from them. A police spokesman said the accused were identified as M Jalal, Hassan Waqar, Muzamil Hussain, Javed Iqbal, M Sagheer, Mudassar Iqbal, Imran Ali and Ahmed Khan. The police also recovered 2.3kg hashish, 178 bottles of liquor, three pistols, two rifles and four guns from them.
