Ishtiaq Baig joins PML-N

Karachi: Prominent industrialist and Vice President FPCCI Mirza Ishtiaq Baig has joined the Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz). He announced joining the party in his meeting with Mian Nawaz Sharif in Islamabad yesterday. Leader of the House in the Senate Raja Muhammad Zafar-ul-Haq, Federal Minister Khawaja Saad Rafique, Governor Sindh Muhammad Zubair and other prominent leaders of PML-N were also present on the occasion.
Mirza Ishtiaq Baig said that Mian Nawaz Sharif has played a pivotal role in strengthening the economy of the country and PML-N is the party of businessmen which can take out the country from economic crises. He also lauded Nawaz Sharif’s policies that have improved the law, order situation in Pakistan and Karachiites are indebted to him for bringing peace in Karachi where people can live fearlessly now.
