Rangers arrest seven terrorists with 25 kg explosives in Karachi

KARACHI: The paramilitary force claimed foiling a terrorist attack by raiding an area on the outskirts of the city and arresting seven suspects with a huge quantity of explosives on Thursday.
The spokesman for the Sindh Rangers said personnel conducted an intelligence-based raid in the Gadap City area, and after facing resistance arrested seven men.The suspects were identified as Ali Gul, Sher Ghani, Gul Badhshah, Malik Saeed, Naseeb Zada Ellah Allah and Sanaullah.
During the search of the hideout, 25 kilograms of explosive material, which was concealed in 76 bags, 300 meters of fuse wire and 31 detonators, were seized. The detainees were said to be interrogated and later handed over to police for further legal proceedings.
